His years of dedication and customer care enabled him to develop this Bill of Rights that demonstrates our commitment to excellence. You will know what to expect and you will know when we have fulfilled our commitment to you.
Every service starts with a “Spider Washing” around the perimeter of your home to remove webs and nests within reach of our webster.
Initial Service will include both an interior and exterior Perimeter Defense System (PDS) service.
Subsequent services will be exterior PDS services, with targeted interior service only when requested by the customer.
Response Guarantee: If extra service is requested by the customer, HonorGuard will return the call in no later than 24 hours to schedule another treatment.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If, between your regular scheduled treatments, you feel that you need additional service, or if you are not satisfied, simply call HonorGuard and we will return to re-service your home, free of charge.
As a courtesy reminder, your service professional will call you the day before your regular scheduled service.
All regular services are performed during normal business hours M-F, 7:30am-5:30pm. Saturday services are for emergencies services and new customers only.
